During your appointment, Dr. Collins will take a detailed health history, perform a thorough examination, and provide your first chiropractic adjustment to begin your path toward better alignment and wellness.
Established Patient $60
Continue feeling your best with this restorative visit for returning patients. After 15 minutes of individualized chiropractic care with Dr. Collins, unwind with 20 minutes of soothing therapies in our Relaxation Room—perfect for ongoing care or regular wellness maintenance.
Care Renewal $70
If you’re currently under care or wellness maintenance but have noticed a new minor concern, this visit allows Dr. Collins to reassess and tailor your treatment plan to your current needs. You’ll spend 20 minutes with Dr. Collins for a focused re-exam and adjustment, followed by 20 minutes of soothing therapies in our Relaxation Room. It’s also the perfect choice if it’s been over 3 months since your last visit and you’re ready to re-establish care. (Not for auto injury cases.)
Comprehensive Re-Evaluation $120
Ready to reconnect with your wellness routine? This visit is ideal for patients returning after three or more years away. Dr. Collins will take time to update your health history, perform a thorough examination, and provide an individualized adjustment. Enjoy 30 minutes of focused care with Dr. Collins, then unwind with 20 minutes in our Relaxation Room.

Packages Terms & Restrictions
- Exclusions:Packages maynot be used for motor vehicle accidents, personal injury, or worker's compensation cases.
- Established Patients Only: Packages are available only to patients who have completed an initial evaluation with Dr. Collins.
- Medicare Patients: Packages cannot be applied to Medicare-covered services. For Medicare patients, packages may only be used for non-covered services such as wellness/maintenance care. Medicare-covered services will always be billed on a per-visit basis.
- Refund Policy: Unsued services are refundable upon request. Refunds are calculated on a pro-rated basis at the prepaid package rate (not the standart rate). Refunds will be issued within 30 days of request. Unused visits will be refunded at the prepaid rate if not used before expiration.
- Expiration: Packages must be used within 12 months of purchase.
- Optional Participation: Patients are not required to purchase a package to receive care. Services may always be purchased individually at the regular per-visit rate.
- Extended Appointments: If your needs require more than the standard 15-minute appointment with Dr. Collins, additional fees may apply. The is most commong with new injuries, new conditios, or lapses in care greater than three months.
